France is legendary in the cycling community, so it’s no wonder that the capitol’s bike share program is top-notch. First debuted in 2007, it’s estimated that around 86,000 people participate in the program daily. Although it originally cost the city a lot of money due to theft and vandalism, over the years the success of the program has balanced out and exceeded projections.
