These National Parks Come Alive in Autumn
By Landry Harper |
VALLEY FORGE NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK IN PENNSYLVANIA
Though the Valley Forge National Historical Park is widely known as the main campground of General George Washington and his army during the revolutionary war, the park is also the home to an expansive lush parkland. It covers an area of over 3,000 acres of grassland, deciduous forests and wetlands which all adopt rich and vibrant colors during fall.
