Capitol Reef National Park
Red dirt and blue skies are on the menu at Capitol Reef National Park in south-central Utah. A fairly narrow park, Capitol Reef is nearly 100 miles long. Intense geographical features like the historic Waterpocket Fold, a 65 million year old warp in the Earth’s crust, make Capitol Reef a haven for geology buffs around the world.
