This Portland-based brewery has a sustainability program that leaves nothing to be desired. They compost, recycle, reuse, and buy ethically (all of their hops and malts coming from local farms). These practices allow their famous Bridgeport IPA to be crafted with non-GMO ingredients. Win-win!
