Based on tradition, Weihenstephaner is the official Bavarian State Brewery in Bavaria, Germany. It’s true that the beer has been brewed upon the Weihenstephan hill in Freising since 1040, which makes the Hefe Weissbier a seriously old and precious recipe. GMO ingredients have no place there!
