What was once a homebrew operation by two friends has turned into a national hit. Sierra Nevada Brewery is notorious for it’s non-GMO ingredients, responsible farming practices, and environmentally friendly (LEED certified) business model. Any of their beers are a safe bet, but my personal favorite is the Pale Ale.
