Paddle boarding is a full-body strength workout. You really work your core while maintaining a steady balance on the water, along with triggering your core every time you paddle. This is especially fitting for skiers because the movement of paddling closely resembles the motion of using your poles as you stable yourself down the slopes. On the other hand, having two feet on one board will feel just right for snowboarders.
