Mountain biking is the summer sport that is likely to feel the most like your winter activity. Maneuvering downhill on a steep surface is something you are already familiar with, but learning to do so on a mountain bike will only improve your downhill skill. Mountain biking is another excellent activity for strengthening your core, as well as your legs. Make sure to bike uphill too so you can obtain the greatest burn.
